Does the profile actually base decisions on the ICM calculations?
not yet. I want to implement this concept into tournament profiles in future

Not to ask the obvious but is the BOT connecting to the PT4 database?

I missed setting that up in the parameters and testing that once before.
PT stats reading works if:
1) Preferences - PT tab is set properly, and Test button is working
2) nicknames of playing opponents are scraped well - Are they at all on Ignition/Bovada?
3) "s$network" field in tablemap file matches PT network type (sometimes should be changed, if using some 3rd-party "converters" like CardCatcher)
Does MTT Monster have more/better/different code than SharkVader does for Tournaments?

This profile plays very weird. The bet sizing is so off on wet boards that it never prices anyone out of the pot but actually encourages chasing draws through two streets and if we're ever reraised with an overpair it insta-folds. I don't understand betting half-pot instead of jamming when half pot is +/- 50% of our stack in some spots when it should be a clear jam to give our opponent 2:1 on a call when we're ahead. It folds to 1BB donk bets in 10-12BB pots on the flop when we have top pair with Q J T kickers. It folds too easily when holding a hand like 99 on a 72Q rainbow board, I think it's standard to float here in position.

With all that being said. The profile has paid for itself already with a 2nd place in a $33 SnG

Is this profile still doing this Alex or have you updated it since this post?

Again, here we are talking about subjective opinion on profile logic. If bug is detected - i fix it. If anyone has different point of view about some profile actions - he has OpenPPL language under his hands to change it.
So, answering your question - profile was not updated (author is one of forum members)

If I get it right, here about Open Raise?

I need some explanation about [ everything in this profile :D ]:

1.
RaiseBy 1.19 - 1.19 means raise on 119%? [ Example: BB 100, raise will be 219? ]
RaiseBy 1.09 - 109%?

2.
RaiseMin - min raise 2bb?

3.
RaiseMax - means ALL-IN?

4. Alex told above about we can manage about strategy and can control style of game here:

Code: Select all

// User Game Stage
WHEN BigBlindSize < 80 SET user_GAME_EARLY
WHEN BigBlindSize >= 80 AND BigBlindSize <= 200 SET user_GAME_MIDDLE
WHEN BigBlindSize > 200 SET user_GAME_LATE

// Aggressive/Normal/Conservative Early Stage C-Betting
// When Raises >= 0 user_AGGRESSIVE_CBET
WHEN Raises >= 0 SET user_NORMAL_CBET
// When Raises >= 0 user_PASSIVE_CBET

// Aggressive/Normal/Conservative Early Stage play
// When Raises >= 0 user_AGGRESSIVE_ES_FLOP
WHEN Raises >= 0 SET user_NORMAL_ES_FLOP
// When Raises >= 0 user_PASSIVE_ES_FLOP

// Aggressive/Normal/Conservative Mid/Late Stage play
// When Raises >= 0 user_AGGRESSIVE_MLS_FLOP
WHEN Raises >= 0 SET user_NORMAL_MLS_FLOP
// When Raises >= 0 user_PASSIVE_MLS_FLOP

But here already uncommented NORMAL style of game. However, bot plays agr. I don't understand.

5.
Bot or profile can't feel bubble game? Often bot had good stack, good place, but he pushed some hands and lose. He should be play more tight and careful and get payable places

I really want to change style of game and profile will be sooo good but now it's shit-game. Push with AA KK QQ, really? Push through whole table with Q9s? Need to change. Who can help for $$$ with changing profile or just make this profile better together for all of us can write to me. Thank you.

1. RaiseBy 1.19 means just raising by 1.19 BB. In absolute values
2. RaiseMin will just click "Raise" button without entering bet size.
3. yes, allin.
Check out OpenPPL Manual for all this stuff.

4. This part of code comes from another profile, and is only used as "backup". So changing anything in this part will not really affect the gameplay.
5. It can't. Recently, when "tournament" symbols like mtt_my_rank and mtt_players_remaining got introduced, we got a method of identifying bubble stage, but MTT profiles that can do it are yet to come
