Solution to open new Winamax account after being banned

I need your help after being permanently banned from Winamax.
My question is simple: is there a way to re-register or open a new account (VPN or other solution) bypassing the account blocking, and being able to play again?

it's always possible with new IP (dynamic IP or VPN) and fresh OS

ok for the new IP technic, but i have to give a different name/surname, address etc, isn't it (very hard to find documents fro the account verification :/) ? or just change IP adress is enough ?

yes, of course you will need to provide docs for another person, that's obvious
