its just hand-lists. There are too many of them to described each one. To understand how they are used just search for them inside the profile, and you will get it from the code.

Hello, Im new and had a couple questions. 1st one is Is UltraGTO newer/better than Shark? and If these profiles can run with a free program openholdem program whats the need for warbot? does it have alot of features that openholdem doesnt? thanks

yes UGTO is newer (but SV is also for tournaments, while UGTO is for cash only).
you can run them with OH too, but OH needs tablemaps to work (files that let you connect to poker tables). Warbot comes equipped with tablemaps
