You need to turn on logs and copy+paste the log text into this forum. Just remember, remove your userId so the pokerrooms that scour this forum won't see your id.

make sure your keyboard language is set to English when the bot is playing.
If casino uses "," instead of "." enable this option in bot preferences -> Autoplayer
