Cannot get trial bot to work with Ignition

I did that step, for some reason it when capturing the replay the images were white with a black line. I sent the files anyway.

hi, i don't see email from you, but the issue you are describing happens usually, if you forget to run Ignition in "Win8 compatibility mode", please check that twice

I send 3 emails lol, but I will attach them here I guess? Also I was running it in a Windows 8.1 Pro VM as well as having the Win 8 compatibilty checked.



"I followed all the instructions and even made a Win 8 VM to do get this setup for Ignition poker. I cannot get it to recognize the table. I really want to purchase this bot, but if I can't get it working... :/ I also tried the tablemaps from July 2022 on the forums for Ignition and the ones that came with the default install, neither detected the room, same with both x86 and x64 versions of the resizer.

Not inept at this IT stuff, I am a developer, so not sure what I am doing wrong or if Ignition recently got updated, just started playing again last week.

are you sending those emails to [email protected]? because i still don't see any of them.
Anyway, white squares on frames are weird. I saw black squares, when not running in Win8 comp.mode, but no idea what white frames mean.
i have only suggestion, to try in under different OS. For example, i test it successfully under Win10 and Win11

yes, i was sending those to that e-mail. I did initially try under Win10, but that didn't work, so that is when I decided to make a Win8 VM.

if you still can, try to send me replay frames from Win10
