Problem with ignition jackpot sng

Alright so I am playing the jackpot SNG, bot works semi ok but then I run into problems... First when I join a table and bot is open it tries and loads another bot application, so then I have the one that is connected and then one that just randomly opens and not connected.. Second is when I get to head to head and against one person then the bot will slow down and timeout some times... I also notice while the bot is running that the cards that are flipped the flop they will disappear and reappear sometimes.. Thanks in advance

Also to clarify that when I open gaming tools it brings up another gaming tools window so then I have 2 open.

hi, probably you have "Auto-starter" option enabled in bot preferences. If you disable it, new bot instance will not be started.
Regarding other issues - can't answer right now, i would ask you to make some short screen video-record, that demonstrates it (bot and table should be clearly seen), and send to [email protected]

its weird, the second issue i don't have that problem.
