ACR finally cracking down on bots; might want to withdraw

Post by RandomName » Sun Apr 14, 2019 8:22 pm

Americas Cardroom Takes a Stand vs Bots, Reimburses Players $175K

An interesting line in the article:
While FoxRox remains alone on the list of banned accounts at the moment, ACR reps have indicated that more will be joining the confirmed bot after the weekend.
I'll probably lay low on there for a little while. And I will definitely use the security settings recommended for PokerStars (I use some already, but not all). It probably makes sense to just do that everywhere. I mean, why not?

I created a new topic about Partypoker, seems that they took more serious actions. 😁

:lol: Just make sure your BOT plays well heads up. It was caught by someone twitch casting the final table.

Who won? Or do you mean the twitch streamer was the botter?

The human twitch streamer won and called out the BOT to ACR.

If we're lucky, maybe ACR will issue us a refund. :lol:

https://www.americascardroom.eu/banned-accounts

They also banned another one mentioned as obvious bot from the same city in the articles.

Ah...yes, I think I've noticed a "guy" or two from Latvia before.

In addition to stealth mode and to look more human you might want to play with these?

Code: Select all

##f$basedelay##
title$Turbo && bblind > 10 ? 0 : 1500

##f$delay##
// Autoplayer-delay in milli-seconds
 betround >  1 && (BotsActionsOnThisRound >= 0 && BotsLastAction==Raise AND RaisesSinceLastPlay > 0) ? [(f$basedelay*3)+(random*2000) ] :
 betround == 1 && (BotsActionsOnThisRound >= 1 && RaisesSinceLastPlay > 0) ? [ 1000+f$basedelay+(random*1000) ] :
(betround == 1 &&  BotsActionsOnThisRound == 0 && bblind >= 700)           ?    (f$basedelay*3)+(random*1500) :
(betround == 1 &&  BotsActionsOnThisRound == 0 && bblind >= 250)           ?    (f$basedelay*2)+(random*1000) :
f$basedelay+(random*500)
or

Code: Select all

##listPREFOLD##
T7o
.....
42o

##f$prefold##
[bblind >= StartingChips/10] ? 0 :
[listPREFOLD && betround==1 && ncardsknown==2 && nplayersdealt>6 && currentbet==0 ] ? 1 :
0
